Inspiring of a gray interior design with rich decorative elements and a sleek look

Designed by the Viarde studio, Smolniy Park is a commercial visualization project of an interior which was performed for the Deluxe Home Creation studio.
The studio design has rich decorative elements and a sleek look.

The design features dark shades of gray and the rendition is highly realistic creating a calming and luxurious space which offers a bright living room with an open floor plan providing easy access to the kitchen or dining area and being a perfect area to host a dinner party.

The hallway has mirrored walls and is decorated by line drawings to feel larger and have its own character due to the artworks. The most impressive area is probably the walk in closet which offers a lot of racks and drawers along with plenty of room for dressing.

The bathroom is a place where the industrial ambiance is reduced with the aid of a candle area which makes it seem warmer and more romantic

Apartment make you feel you are right in the heart of the most appealing city

This delightful one-room Scandinavian crib is located in the Kungshöjd area, . The peaceful street leading to the apartment makes it hard to believe that you are right in the heart of city’s most appealing neighborhoods.
As you step inside, you are greeted by tiled floors and decorative moldings reminiscent of the last century. The large hallway with plenty of storage space hidden in four white cabinets allows a sneak peek inside. Bright and spacious, the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area makes a powerful first impression.

Every inch of space has its own function, making this 40 square-meter home (discovered by Freshome on Alvhem) seem a lot larger than its actual size. Boasting a dining area for eight guests, a large sofa, a lovely balcony with terrace and a sleeping area, the layout of this small apartment is inspiring to say the least. The discreet vintage kitchen with red fridge and white cabinets perfectly complements the adjacent furniture, white walls and wooden flooring. The balcony is surrounded by an elegant balustrade of wrought iron and there is space for both dining chairs, tables and sun loungers.

A modern apartment completed by NC Design & Archirtecture in Hong Kong, China

Spread out 2700 square feet (250 square meters) and features curvilinear walls and simulated highlights, Apartment on Stubbs Road is a modern project completed by NC Design & Archirtecture in Hong Kong, China.
By employing a subtle color palette in grey and white, the designers created a neutral backdrop for the colorful Scandinavian furniture elements. Soft and homogenous illumination coming from the three improvised artificial skylights outlines the original geometry of the apartment.

From the architects, “the residence is structured around a continuous communal area of the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The gentle, undulating grey wood wall unifies these spaces, drawing occupants from the narrow interior kitchen area towards the wide living room with its grand vista of the Happy Valley Race course below. The curvilinear wall is offset by two long narrow corridors; one armature holds the kitchen and service areas while the other leads to the bedrooms and communal bathroom.” An entertainment center and a portal to the bedroom of the resident can be revealed by sliding open the two large grey wall panels in the living area.
